Adjacent to the site's eastern periphery lies the locally listed Grade B Christadelphian Hall, while to the northwest stands the revered Grade II-listed Birmingham Hebrew Congregation (Singers Hill Synagogue), adding to the area's rich historical tapestry.
In the pursuit of harmonising with the architectural heritage of the city and contributing to its urban fabric, the proposal emphasises integration within the historic city block while also aiming to make a distinct mark on the broader Birmingham skyline.
