India Street is situated to the west of Glasgow City Centre, opposite Charing Cross Station, comprising new-build purpose build student residences.

Aiming to help repopulate Blythswood will result in a more lively City Centre. The new building will provide an attractive improvement to this end of the city centre and aligning with Glasgow City Council’s aspirations to establish a modern identity to the area.

Vertically proportioned facades acknowledge the architecture of Glasgow’s city centre and materials are proposed in light GRC panels to reference the adjacent stone building in the city.

The development of India Street will create new, modern student living in the heart of the city.
