The site is located between Parnell Street And Temple Lane North Dublin. This new development has been designed to integrate into and reflect the environment of the surrounding area.
This development brings new life into the area delivering 249 new student beds to Dublin City.
The elevations are finished in metal cladding with floor-to-ceiling glazing and detailed surrounds to the windows.
