As delivery architects, we also entered into a planning exercise to refine the existing approval to meet the requirements of CA Ventures and their purpose built student accommodation.
The site is located on Parnell Street, Dublin. The restoration has been designed to rejuvenate and integrate the existing protected structure on Parnell Street into a wider scheme that delivers 249 student beds from Parnell Street with three new build elements continuing through the site to Temple Lane North.
The protected structure, the Bakery has been surveyed and will undergo a comprehensive renovation, considering the existing viability of the timber windows, mansard roof, all internal fittings and layouts with an aim to secure its future and presence at no 124-126 Partnell Street.
