This was a large scale project that saw the demolition of the former 317-bedroom Thorncliffe Hotel followed by the design and build of new 4 star 303-bed hotel with 1000 seat banqueting facility, spa and fitness centre and landscaping to respect the metropolitan green belt.

The hotel is four storeys tall with more than 15,000 sq meters of floorspace, comprising four blocks linked by glazed corridors, broadly occupying the same development area as the existing buildings
