Interiors
At Urban Innovations, we see interiors as an integral part of the building rather than an afterthought. The way a space feels to the people who live, stay or work in it is shaped as much by its interior as by its façade, so we consider both together from the earliest feasibility studies through to construction.
Whether our own or in conjunction with other Interior Designers the interior work spans the sectors we know best: hotels, student accommodation, build-to-rent and offices. The focus to create spaces that work hard for their users and for our clients. That means efficient, well-planned layouts, durable finishes that suit the demands of high-use buildings, and shared areas such as receptions, lounges, amenity spaces and workplaces that give a building its character and help it stand out in a competitive market.
