Portsmouth Point

Located adjacent to our Catherine House scheme and opposite the main Portsmouth train station, this site presented a fantastic development opportunity. We worked closely with our client, THAT Group and Portsmouth City Council to design a series of buildings that responded to the local context and important heritage assets in the immediate vicinity. The result is a bold and exciting architectural form. The buildings step down from 19 to 16 storeys and use materials, including brick and Portland stone, to respond to and sit comfortably beside their historic neighbours.
