Appointed to develop and deliver a new fully serviced hotel for Dalata - Maldron.
Located on Chapel Street, Salford, within the Greengate regeneration area and is bounded by Chapel Street to the south, New Kings Head Yard to the east, Salford Approach to the north and buildings 48-50 Chapel Street to the west.
To the immediate north is the under construction Embankment West.
Outside the conservation area, however there are a few examples of nationally and locally Listed Buildings - located to the east and west within the Cathedral and Flat Iron conservation areas.
The proposed scheme incorporates high quality public areas (reception, bar and restaurant area) and a mix of bedrooms incorporating UA rooms, standard rooms and some larger bedrooms It offers a unique opportunity for Salford to achieve a high quality architectural solution on a highly visible site and improve and broaden the mix and quality of hotel rooms on offer in the local area.
