Wembley

Located immediately adjacent to Wembley Stadium, this building forms part of the wider Wembley Park Development Masterplan. The building is a simple crisp architectural composition delivered using dark grey bricks, metal cladding and curtain walling. One technical design element of interest was the use of a blue roof as part of the sustainable drainage solution. The roof attenuates water and releases it back into the mains system at a rate which relieves pressure on the system particularly during storm conditions.
